1. Booking and payment

• Bookings are made via the website or telephone/email.

• Payment is made by card (Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, Diners)

• Booking is only valid when a confirmation email is received.

• All prices are in DKK incl. VAT and charges.

2. Confirmation

• The customer receives a contract via email with information about payment, arrival and departure.

• Delivery of the ordered item takes place upon arrival at the site and ceases upon departure. ​

3. Cancellation

• More than 30 days before arrival: full refund minus DKK 525

• 7–30 days before arrival: 50% refund, minimum DKK 525

• Less than 7 days before arrival: no refund

• The deposit for a seasonal site (DKK 1,400) is not refundable. ​

4. Reminder fee

• Late payment: reminder fee DKK 100

• After 2 reminder fees, the case will be sent to debt collection.

5. Force majeure

• Østersøstrand camping is not responsible for default due to strike, lockout, pandemic or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. ​

6. Personal information

• Name, address, email and booking information are registered for 5 years and will not be disclosed.

• Payment via encrypted server. ​

7. Complaints and claims

• Complaints must be submitted as soon as possible after the error is discovered.

8. Rentals and guests

• Guests must report to the reception upon arrival.

• Subletting or reselling the site is not permitted.

• Day guests after 10:00 PM are considered overnight guests. ​

 

9. Availability of the campsite

• Østersøstrand camping may make changes to the campsite by felling trees, improving or establishing a new site with notification to the tenant.

10. Site rules

• Minimum 3 meters between caravans.

• The site is kept neat and tidy.

• One caravan, one awning and one tool tent per site.

• Max. 1 vehicle per site.

• Dogs must be kept on a leash, debris must be removed.

• Quiet from 22:00–07:00.

• All buildings are non-smoking. ​

11. Waste

• Glass, bottles and daily waste: use the campsite containers.

• All other waste: tenant's responsibility.
